At Camille & Michael, we want you to feel confident in every purchase. If you’re not fully satisfied, you may request a return within 30 days from the date your order was delivered.
To be eligible, items must be returned in their original condition. This means unused, unworn, with all original tags attached, and in the original packaging. Please make sure you can provide proof of purchase, such as your order confirmation.
To start a return, contact us at info@camilleandmichael.com. Once your request is reviewed, we will provide clear return instructions, including where to send your package. Returns sent without prior approval will not be accepted.

Damaged or Incorrect Items
We recommend checking your order as soon as it arrives. If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us right away so we can resolve the issue promptly.
Non-Returnable Items
Some items are not eligible for returns. This includes perishable goods (such as food, flowers, or plants), custom-made or personalized products, and personal care items. We also do not accept returns on hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases.
Items marked as final sale and gift cards are non-refundable. If you’re unsure whether your item is eligible, we recommend contacting us before submitting a return request.
Exchanges
We currently do not offer direct exchanges. If you would like a different product, we recommend returning your item once approved and placing a new order.
Refunds
After receiving and inspecting your return, we will notify you of the outcome. If approved, refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 10 business days.
Please note that your bank or payment provider may require additional time to process the refund.
If you have not received your refund within 15 business days after approval, please contact us so we can assist you further.
Return Shipping Costs
Customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping. Return shipping fees are non-refundable. We recommend using a trackable shipping service, as we cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
