We currently ship to customers within the United States. Delivery availability may vary depending on your exact location.
2. Order Processing
All orders are processed within 2–3 business days (Monday through Friday, excluding public holidays).
During busy periods such as sales or seasonal promotions, processing times may take slightly longer. If there are any delays, we will notify you accordingly.
3. Shipping Costs
We offer free shipping on all orders, with no minimum purchase required.
4. Delivery Timeframes
Once your order has been processed, estimated delivery times are as follows:
- Processing Time: 2–3 business days
- Shipping Time: 4–9 business days
- Estimated Total Delivery Time: 6–12 business days

5. Delivery Limitations
At this time, we are unable to ship to P.O. Boxes, APO/FPO/DPO addresses, or certain restricted locations. Some items may also be subject to shipping limitations based on carrier or regulatory restrictions.
6. Undeliverable Packages
If a delivery attempt fails due to incorrect address details or if a package cannot be delivered, it may be returned to us. In such cases, we will contact you to arrange reshipment. Additional shipping fees may apply.
7. Lost or Damaged Shipments
If your order arrives damaged or appears to be lost during transit, please contact us as soon as possible at info@camilleandmichael.com. We will initiate an investigation with the carrier and work toward a suitable resolution.
